

Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients
- 1 lb 450 g ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup 110 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup 110 g shredded mozzarella (or more cheddar)
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz / 226 g – 1 standard tube
- Garlic Butter Topping
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned.
- Drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the ketchup and mustard and remove from heat.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Sprinkle a little cheddar and mozzarella over the beef.
- Roll up each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the tops of the rollups.
- Bake for 11–14 minutes, or until golden brown and fully baked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
