This recipe perfectly satisfied our craving for crab, offering both delectable flavors and simplicity in preparation. It’s also an ideal choice for a holiday party dish.
Regarding the best cheese for melting, I opted for pre-shredded Swiss cheese straight from the bag, complementing it with Monterey Jack cheese that I shredded myself using a food processor.

Take each tortilla and lay it flat. Spoon out a quarter of the crab mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Carefully fold the ends of each tortilla towards the center, then roll them up securely around the crab filling, ensuring the ends stay tucked in.
Heat a skillet over medium flame and add a slight layer of oil to coat the bottom. Once hot, place the filled tortillas in the skillet.
Cook the tortilla wraps, turning them occasionally, until they achieve a golden brown color and become crispy on all sides.
Serve hot and enjoy your crispy crab-filled wraps!
Enjoy!
